We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders with delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom cannot be accepted for delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after they are placed.

Processing includes order verification, preparation, and dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from transit time.

3. Shipping and Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days.

Our estimated delivery schedule is:

Total estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been dispatched so you can follow its delivery progress.

Although we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer support team. We will do our best to assist you.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete when placing your order.

Decourcy Centre cannot guarantee delivery to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help if your order has not yet been dispatched.
